Our lead sushi chef Kong loves to talk shop and you'll inevitably leave with a first hand education about sushi. Don't be shy, ask as many questions as you can, these guys live for this stuff!Our cocktail bar features only premium liquors. That means no Monarch or Potters here. Stoli is as bad as it gets at ICHIBAN. Depending on when you come in, you might experience some impressive flare bartending by our very own Jeremy Labelle. Jeremy travels all over the west coast to take part in bartending competitions and has a trophy collection to back him up. He can pour your entire group shots at the same time. Go ahead, test his skills.If Jeremy's not there, most likely you'll be privy to the finest cocktails in Spokane carefully put together by Ashley O'Harvey.
